Not bad, or you can get one free on OVP O2 BF, 14quid a month.

Ridiculous amount of phone subsidy on OVP O2 BF at the moment.
Its back to what it was 6 months ago !

If you buy a phone from them ?
Please quote my recommend a friend number to them, 284468
So I get an Argos voucher

Thanks

Steve,
Have they increased the amount of vouchers you get for pushing BF or
summat? ;)

Not *the* best tariff for everyone, you know :)

Until Orange slashed the phone subsides it used to be the best
Orange tariff if you just wanted the phone, is again.

4 months in if HSData tariff is still around then change to that
saving a further 4 quid a month, if not, its not the end of the world.

Im pretty sure the subsidy on this tariff has remained unchanged
since it swapped positions with Voda Bus as the so called
Orange Budget some dealers like to [miss] call it.

Maybe OSPS is on even less margin on this tariff to increase
volumes.

Seems that the choices are:

1. Get it on JT for Ł159.99, Ł179.99 or Ł199.99 depending on where you
buy it.

Get it free on OVP Bus 1st and pay Ł13.99 for 12 months: total Ł167.88

3. Get it free on OVP Bus 1st and pay Ł13.99 for 4 months, then Ł9.99
for 8 months: total Ł134.56

However, the billing months may not run from the date of purchase, so
3. could cost a little more in reality.

I think that Option 1 seems the easiest, to be honest. No risk of
missing a changeover/cancel deadline, no need to have an additional
Orange contract, and the thing is done and dusted from the start.

But with option 3 after 12 months you also end up with a free OVP Virgin Sim

Even if HSData tariff goes, you have several other 13 to 20 quid tariffs
to be able to change to after 4 months.

Including now new YP OP1000, for an extra 6 quid a month
giving you 1000 mins off-peak, free 0800 for use with a CC,
and up to 150 free text a month

Thats true, but I already have four of them. Now 0800 arent free,
theyre of less use.
