It has come to the attention of the votetaker that the Proponent has
posted to fifteen newsgroups not included in the original RFD with an
edited version of part of the CFV text in a bid to attract additional
support for his proposal. These posts contained a statement that the
official CFV could not be posted to those newsgroups due to a cross-post
limitation.

In accordance with the voting procedures, the votetaker has led an
investigation on behalf of UKVoting into these irregularities. The
result of that investigation determined that the proponent has
undermined the integrity of the vote and therefore there is no option
but to halt the vote and render the vote NULL & VOID.

UKVoting thanks those members of the electorate who brought this matter
to the votetakers attention.

| | Where did Dave F do either? As far as I saw he posted the summary and a

| |
| | I saw one other person post the CFV (breaking the GPG check).

|
| The crosspost limit problem has been done to death in the thread
| Is RFD/CFV system broken? Was: 1st CFV : Create unmoderated newsgroup
| in which I have been shown by others to be correct.
| The crosspost limit I referred to and used in this CFV was 8 however we now

| The SoD has been accepted by many to be balanced could in no way be a

| BTW The CFV has long gone from my machine, and because it was X-No-Archive
| is not on Google groups. Will someone post the message ID so that I can
