Morning,

I just called 450 to find out exactly when I can upgrade from
PAYG to Pay Monthly and keep my number (I have only been
on PAYG for 2.5 months) and the chap at direct sales said
there was no longer a requirement to be on PAYG for 3 months.
He said that this had been the case for about a year. The Orange
website:
https://shop.orange.co.uk/shop/payment/terms agreements#payg paym transfers
clearly states:
Pay as you go customers with less than three months pay as
you go subscription history will not be able to transfer their pay
as you go number to a pay monthly account.

So who is talking rubbish? He also told me that these PAYG
to Pay Monthly number transfers cant be done in Orange shops.
I think this is rubbish too!

Al
