Hello

My Select500 contract has just finished and Ive got an opportunity to
replace the imho poor Nokia 6230.

I want to replace it with a SE k750i on the same contract.

My monthly bill around Ł26 to Ł28.

Any ideas what Orange will offer when I call customer retentions?

K750 for Ł190...

Smarmy response suggesting if you can get a better deal that you take
it....

Your PAC code.....

Orange don`t appear hugely, or at all, interested in retaining
customers at the moment. But do let everyone know if this has changed.

Adam

now Voda customer after 8 years with Orange.

The handset price on that tariff is Ł29.99. In view of the fact that you
are already on S500 I would pay it and count yourself lucky they let you
keep the tariff! Im sure you could ebay your Nokia 6230 for more than
Ł30 to cover the cost.

Managed to get throught to OCR. Do they ever have anything but long
waiting queues?

My K750 is Ł29.99 and Ill stay on Select 500 for the next 12 months.
It was the best offer they could come up with.
