I always thought Carphone Warehouse were one of the better online
retailers. Wrong!

I ordered a phone through their website on Friday, only to receive an
email rejecting my order as I had exceeded the limit of phones that may be
purchased in a quarter. They referred me to their terms and conditions,
but I could find no mention of any limit.

I replied requesting the date on which I could next order from them, but
received a reply saying they were so busy they would not be replying to my
email.

Come on Mr Dunstone, you can do better than this!

out that I could return the item unopened within 7 days under the
distance selling regulations they refused!

However, they soon changed their tune after Trading Standards pointed
out they were legally obliged to refund.

Never, ever again will I deal with CPW.

Ditto, my SCC claim against Mr Dunstone for my e2save cashback claim
being filed Friday.
Never have I encountered such a bunch of cheating charlatans than this
shoddy shower, who despite you jumping through every conceivable hurdle
and meeting every stage of their terms and conditions, resort to
shortchanging you with the cheque, requesting you contact them in a
never ending 0871 telephone loop that when you eventually circumvent,
promise to get a manager to ring you back to resolve - 8 days later
hasnt materialised.
A bunch of 100% absolute 24 Carat tosspots I will NEVER again use, or
recommend business with again.
