Anyone know how to unlock this phone, or where is the cheapest place to get
it done?

If it is over a year old, Vodaphone will give you step by step
instructions for free which they obtain from the manufacturer on your
behalf.
Register in their web site and then email with model number, phone
number, imei number and the age of the handset.
They did this for my GX10i within 48 hours (they charge if it is under a
year old)
