There was some discussion about this a week or two back.

My wife just received her latest OVP Virgin itemised bill today. It
was dated 1st July and there was no itemised billing charge on it.

And, as alrady discussed, I had stated that OVP Virgin was exempt.

And as already discussed, some people were in doubt as to whether the
information from Orange was accurate. History has proved this not
always to be the case.

My posting, as someone who received their EQ: Virgin bill on D day,
serves to reassure those in doubt.

Exactly. Only the other day when asked Orange whether it included OVP Virgin
I was categorically informed that ALL bills would be subject to the levy.

Yes, strange isnt it ? We have three EQ:Virgin accounts in this
household and two of them had the warning at the foot of the June
bill, the other did not.

The bill dated 1st July which did not have the charge applied did have
the warning printed at the bottom of the previous June bill.

I will have to see what happens with the other two bills due later in
the month.
