I am getting the same response. Apparently they sent my cheque in May but I
never received it. I even got a text message to say my cheque would be sent,
two weeks after the date they claimed they sent it!
Have been given many differing dates to wait ranging from 20 days to 80
days.
The eightieth day will be 14th November, I expect I will get the same We
can do nothing it is all to do with our banking department response. A
department no one has a phone number for, only an email address, which they
will not disclose. Some think it is based in the UK, others have said
Portugal.
I wrote to the customer services dept 4 weeks ago and to date no reply.
Even so called managers at CPW seem to be able to do absolutely nothing to
help.
I have been a customer of theirs for over 4 years, but when my contract
comes up for renewal I know what I will be doing.
Has anyone else found a way around the brick wall of no help?
