Had ordinary Sky Digital for about 8 years but on Friday we had a
brand-new Sky+ installation done by Sky (threatened to cancel so they waived
the Ł200 charge for the box and just charged us Ł49 for the installation
:o))

Anyway, decided to set up the remote recording feature and got it working
via the internet, no problems. Then tried to set it up on my mobile phone
and ran into problems.

My mobile, a Nokia 6136 is *definitely* on their list of supported phones,
so I registered and got the text message with a link to download the Sky
Anytime on Mobile application - but then the download fails and I get a
message saying that my mobile is *not compatable* with the application.
WTF???

Anyone know if it definitely is, or definitely is not, compatable with a
Nokia 6136? Anyone currently using it on a 6136? Any specific settings on
the handset that I need to change? BTW, in case it makes a difference, Im
on BT Mobile (BT Fusion) who, so Im told, use the Vodafone network.

Cheers,

John

You can download and install the SE java version, should work on all mobiles
not supported which have java functionality.

http://mobile.sky.com/SBM/SonyE novid/SkyMobile SonyWithoutTv.jar

If this link doesnt work, email me as Ive got the latest java version
somewhere on my laptop.
