Yet again we have a bill from T-Mobile with a couple of quid on which we
have not spent. Calls to 0845 & 0800 numbers and todays bill has a call to
the speaking clock.
Any one else finding this? Amounts too small to make it worth complaining
but getting really annoyed now.

Why not complain? Itll cost them far more to sort out and might provide
them with enough incentive to find a long-term solution.

Always complain (by email if possible), then when they hit you with hours of
charges to 3, Vanuatu or Ms. Satin, you have a track record of persistently
challenging spurious charges.

Depends when you took out the contract, it was included and then they
stopped doing so from memory about August /September last year. I know
we had two Flext contracts one with and one without voice mail included.

I believe my voicemail minutes are included in my Flext allowance.
Seems strange if they dont.

Some are and some are not, they changed the T&Cs so it depends when you
took out the contract.
