I have had multiple mobiles with them for years and never had a single
problem getting cashback cheques on time but have one claim sent in 11 weeks
ago an no cheque. How are others finding them and best way to chase?

Shame as I have had three separate mobiles with them for years,changed every
12 months and never once had a late payment.

My last contract and cashback with them went flawlessly.

Having taken out another, Ive today fired off a claim via MCOL
because theyve failed to honour the first cashback claim. Theyve
obviously adjusted their business model along the lines of Mobileshop.

Good job I did too because the MCOL site has since gone down......

How overdue are they and how much do they owe you. What does it cost to do
MCOL?
