Seems like it, after Orange mistakenly cancelled my contract a few weeks
ago,
and i managed to get the exec office to re-subscribe me.
I can now get back into my online account and read my bills,
but I cant get the email registration server to give me a text
so i can re-register my cancelled email addy.

I get:
email registration:
Congratulations you have successfully registered to Orange mail. You will
soon receive a text to confirm that the Orange email service is available
for you to use.

And thats as far as i ever get :-(
the email registrations server doesnt even give me an error text

Ive complained again to the exec office and am still waiting

I have to pinch myself to believe Im not asleep and living a nightmare

I pity the poor bastards at the exec office, as they are now the only part
of Orange CS thats still almost working, and so will be snowed under

Tell me about it. An hour on hold to try and sort them screwing me. It
was one of the main reasons I decided a contract wasnt worth the
bother.

Do they advertise a lot? Id be sort of embarrassed to, with those dumb
animal names, and equally dumb symbols.
