Im sure youre probably aware of this already but if you port a number
over from another network then the prefix will be for the former network
(e.g. I was on Orange 07971, but Im now on 02 with the same number) Its
annoying as it makes it very difficult to guess what network someone is on
just from the prefix.

Not for what should be an Orange number, if it starts ring ring,
instead of ring then ring ring, its no longer on Orange.

Orange network starts ring then ring ring whatever the prefix shows.
