Is all T-Zones WAP data included in the 750 inclusive off peak minutes
or are there any hidden extras I ought to be aware of?

All GSM (not GPRS) WAP dialled either thorugh the T-Mobile number or any
geographical, i.e. 01 or 02 number, is included in the 750 inclusive off
peak minutes.

You do not need to restrict yourself to just T-zones - any WAP site is OK.
