Try Nick at

Not Sussex I know but Nick is in Bournemouth.
Meanwhile:
1. Remove the battery IMMEDIATELY! The damage is usually caused by
electro-chemical action afterwards, if the battery is left connected for
any time.
2. If you can take the handset apart, to clean away any corrosion, (Tork 6
screw driver for Nokias), then do so and dab away any moisture.
2. Rinse the handset thoroughly in distilled water. Distilled water isnt
ionised and has a high breakdown dielectric; ordinary tap water is ionised
and conductive.
3. Place handset in warm airy place (airing cupboard) for a week to
dry (if theres any sign of damp anywhere on the phone, just put it
back in the cupboard for another week).
3. Reattach battery. If it doesnt appear to malfunction (bear in mind
the battery may be flat), try putting the phone on the charger. If it
appears to charge (and holds the charge), and still works, youve
probably got away with it.
