Orange sorted it for me without problems, or at least they told me they did.
I am simply using it on their word, they have confirmed I am on it....

Which orange department did you speak to, can I suggest you try
registrations on 0800 079 2222 rather than normal useless customer services.

CPW confirmed me as having this offer originally but it turned out they put
me on the other...grrr, you need to confirm with orange.

I have two CPW 3510is here which were registered on the 13th of January.
The bills arrived showing theyve each got the 2000 free text messages.

I registered another 3510i on the 30th of December but that one hasnt got
any free texts listed on the bill apart from the 10 free ones with the World
Access thingy.

I hardly ever send text messages. My record is 17 in one month so Im not
going to bother about whether I should have got them free on the first one.

Cheers, Jiffy

I may be wrong here, but dont you need to be on YP120 or higher for this
deal?

Check your T&Cs! Plus the texts are for weekends only.

I am on YP120 and specifically asked for 2000 txts in 6 months deal before
the 31st dec.
Orange promised to correct the error after a software upgrade about 3 weeks
or so ago
I will need to confirm with registration that this is so, as customer
services say Im not on the deal.

Sheri
